the funny thing is that they confirmed the ore change on the day the last snapshot was released, so when he said he wished the ores blended in, most people already knew it would happen
Fun fact: I did a test on Minecraft and with FULL Netherite with feather falling MAX out, and you can barely survive a 100 block drop on 1/2 a heart!
Edit: So you better not fall!
Those new Earth cracks are going to be the death of me. Literally.
You can survive a 103 block drop with prot IV on both your pants and your boots and feather falling IV. If on full health, you will survive with half a heart. Otherwise you will die.
From what I've tested, the type of armour doesn't matter, chestplate and helmet don't affect your protection, and a 104 block drop will kill you.
