Also the Gold pickaxe make sense since gold is pretty flimsy and weak in real life, and as a fact real 100% Gold Melts, gold in jewelry shops are more likely to be 40% Gold so it won't melt

The crawling thing is actually a bug that turned into a feature
crawling is actually swimming, its like a glitch.
The reason why you have the same animation as swimming as crawling because crawling is a glitch
Iron and gold didn’t drop decayed they are metals and are oxidised before they have been carbonised(smelted) unlike the others which are gems or stones
Why wouldn't you use the water to swim your way up rather than making a dispenser and filling it with water

Gold tools is easy to be break is make sense, mojang actually put the science fact that gold is very soft and even softer than bronze, also it's very great at conductive but it's too rare so we can't use it for the electric wire
