I think that since copper already exist then building monuments for copper golems would be cool, yet having a real copper statue would be cool, I believe that the allay is the most useful resource wise.

The allay is extremely overrated, everyone is voting for it. The copper golem would be much better because you have more use for your copper (and we haven't gotten a new golem since the snow golem)
