Here's what I would do:-
1. Find out who created parkour civilisation
2. Teleport all noobs in parkour prison to the noob level
3. Seal the Void up
4. Create a place that is close to the world before the creator of parkour civilization
5. Teleport all noobs to said world
6. Seal up the noob level for the pros
7. Seal up the pro level for the master level
8. Teleport the pros and masters to the world from earlier
9. Destroy the each of the levels that were there
