I would say all the houses are pretty nice but I noticed that for the underwater house, the choice of lighting blocks you use and the quartz are both nether items, which may be hard to obtain. So I wouldnβt call it a βstarter houseβ but still is a very nice looking house and I would definitely build that in my world. Same goes for the tree house build, to obtain leaves, you need silk touch, which is pretty hard to obtain, especially early game. Unless you were using a tree that spawned naturally, it would take a few hours to make. Overall though, these are all very pretty houses, And I would definitely build these in my world. (The underwater house is my favorite btw)
