Literally give sigils the dragon egg and then turn on the command blocks that are in the government building
Tell sigils about the egg and Henwy wants u to do so sigils can make a defense system to defeat Henwy with his dragon when give to him. He will tell u how to back nether or u can give dragon egg to sigils and look at the comment to this to see how to get nether back without makeing Henwy hos dragon from the egg.

Prediction: Karan's time shenanigans are going to break reality. It shifts to a new timeline, where Biffle, Sigils, and Alxton are evil, and Henwy, Karan, and Gold are good. Biffle is the exiled mayor, Sigils and Alxton are ex-evil, and biffle wants to destroy camp with an ender dragon

You should pull a spider man far from hone and give henwwy a fake dragon and instead tp the egg to sigils when it goes in the machine and make the fake dragon kill henwy while he flies it

he has more leverage on you than u have in him. he has ur camp bucks and the way to open the nether while u only have the dragon egg. u can trick him. after a week tell him that u found a way to hatch the egg (even if you haven't) but first he will have to give u back the camp bucks and open the nether. make him do it himself. he will have to come back to spawn in order to do so. when he opens it, confirm that it is opened and then use the security system to send him away. u will have ur camp bucks back, the nether will be opened and u will have the dragon and u can give it to sigils. after u send him away make a security system that keeps henwy out of nether so that he can't close it again.
just for everyone: this is scripted, everything has already been planned- comments wont (completely) decide the characters decisions.
