Crust: 2 cups of flour 1 cup of butter 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Filling (idk what else you’d call is)
4 eggs 1/2 cup of lemon juice 2 cups of granulated sugar 6 tbs of flour 1 tsp of baking powder 1/2 tsp of salt
Melt the butter in a 13×9 pan in the oven at 350°. Mix the 2 cups of flour and powdered sugar together; pour into the pan and mix with the butter. Press it down firmly. Bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and lemon juice, sift together the sugar, the 6 tbs of flour, baking powder, and salt. Add a the flour mixture with the egg mixture. Pour that mixture on the baked crust WHILE ITS STILL HOT then bake for 25 minutes. Remove and sift powder sugar on top WHILE STILL HOT.
