Isnt this whole "blocks break other blocks" part of the Physics Mod? Cause i can remember i had the same probleme after installing Physics Pro.
Quick look in the Options and i deactivated that dumb feature.

Here's a tip for fps boost: use sildurs vibrant shaders or complimentary shaders for better fps. If still lags use chocapic 13 high shaders or chocapic 13 high performance shaders
