  1. QotD: I prefer vanilla over heavy mod packs. Mainly because I am not smart enough to understand all the massive game changing mods. I use vanilla tweaks and optifine. I also play with some QOL changes like snowy leaves. And sometimes I'll use adventure mods because I love exploring in minecraft.

  2. QOTD: I don’t like major mods that alter the gameplay, or add new things, but I’ve been using Optifine and it’s great! I like how it gives more options with visual stuff.
Edit: also, the Disarmored point system is a bit broken right now, because in the first one you definitely hit an armored one, and possibly a normal one. The armored ones should give four points. Keralis had the same problem.

  3. I prefer vanilla and mostly play in bedrock edition (though there are some addons and shaders equivalent to mods), I would like to play with mods on Java but still prefer vanilla mostly because many mod makers don’t update them to latest versions…..and many other possible reasons.

  4. QOTD: The last couple of years have REALLY made vanilla Minecraft a lot better and with the recent issues I seem to be having getting any newer modpacks to work I have to go with Vanilla.
