Crackers Wither Storm mod is only focused on the wither storm itself, while the Engender Mod has more stuff in it (like anime waifus, etc..). Also, Crackers Wither Storm mod has more detail and is fully based on Minecraft: Story Mode, while the Engender mod has more abilities and is just made for “fun”.

Cracker wither storm is so good
I prefer the Crackers wither storm, as the Engender one looks rushed in its final phases.
Crackers Wither Storm mod is good, because it feels nostalgic about Minecraft Story Mode and made like it was totally tajen from Minecraft Story Mode.
