He has said before that he doesn't upload Dream SMP videos so he doesn't take the spotlight from the other SMP members. I think one of the reasons he uploads rarely is so fans will start to crave his content and watch him from other people's perspective, such as seeing him on the thumbnail of TommyInnit's videos, thus the other members getting more recognition and views from Dream's fans.
