I made this build exactly yet not many creepers fall down in the hole . I hade about 4 fall but 10 were still up top . They didn’t fall for the fake block .
What helped my farm work was setting simulation distance to 4! I have it working now with 5 layers, I get about 20 gunpowder per 15 min or so, thinking about adding in more layers

Do you still have to go up 60 blocks if you're building over the ocean?

What is the reason to not use Magma blocks to kill the creepers instead?
I did everything the trap doors instead of buttons the peaceful to hard again and it stil does not work

It’s not working for me I went afk for and hour and got zero gunpowder no creepers even spawned
I tried this on a realm world and I have no mobs spawning on the top, does anyone know if this still works.

Does the trident not despawn and if you have looting 3 on it will it do even more ?
