1: I also always take my armor off and never put it back on
2: my inventory is always organized but my chests arnt or it’s the opposite

I am loving this cliffside base. I had an idea to make a cliffside pirate base in an ocean biome that I found on a server. So this gives me lots of inspiration!! One quirk of mine is that I hate using iron doors for my AFK rooms. So I will use a fence gate and trapdoor above it so phantoms or mobs don't get me. I know I should just use an iron door but they are so slow and always close shut in my face, lol. So they are a bit frustrating to use. You are saying Palisade correctly. Have you thought of using toggle sneak on? That could save you from getting unsneaked, lol.
