I like the invisibility potion on a charged creeper, it makes it look like a ghost creeper, could be pretty cool in a haunted mansion
The "left handed" skeleton you showed was actually right handed… In general, you use your dominant hand to draw the bow string. I suppose that means that most skeletons in minecraft are left handed.

overworld slimes also don't pathfind, and I heard that some mobs don't attack ghasts even if hurt by a ghast
